ARABSAT holds Its 10th Telecom Forum in Marrakesh

Arab Satellite Communication Organization -ARABSAT- is holding its 10th Telecom Forum in Marrakesh during the period of 5th -6th march., 2018 under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy, Kingdom of Morocco. Arabsat holds its Telecom forum in a yearly basis to strengthen its professional and operational association with its valued customers. This event will provide a platform for ARABSAT Customers, Industry experts, Technology and Service Providers to share their views on latest technological trends.

 

Eng. Khaled bin Ahmed Balkhyour, Chief Executive Officer of ARABSAT, thanked the Government of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, represented by the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy, for the generous care and support received by Arabsat from the Kingdom of Morocco.

  

 Eng. Mueid Al-Zahrani, Arabsat CTO& Chairman Telecom Forum said “This occasion will be a great opportunity to present our reliable high-powered capacity on BADR-7 based on flexible payload to deliver connectivity services to different verticals over extensive coverages in Middle East North Africa, North West Africa, Central Asia and South Africa.  Our Future High Throughput Satellites (HTS) that planned to be launched in end 2018/early-2019 will complement existing capacities and supply adequate bandwidth and coverage"

  

The 10th Telecom Forum will have various discussion panels, attended by worldwide experts where they will explore, in-depth, a range of issues pertaining to the market needs for Satellite capacity to fulfill the growth of satellite-based broadband solutions, Mobility, HTS applications.
